These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DynastyPure website (dynastypurepeptides.com, the "Site") and any purchase made through it. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

DynastyPure reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at its sole discretion, including where it has reason to believe the certifications above are not accurate.
All products sold by DynastyPure are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research use only. The products are not drugs, dietary supplements, foods, or cosmetics. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or condition in humans or animals, and have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any equivalent regulatory body.
You acknowledge that DynastyPure makes no representation, warranty, or claim regarding the safety or suitability of any product for any use other than laboratory research, and that all responsibility for lawful and appropriate use of any product purchased through the Site rests solely with you.
Your submission of an order is an offer to purchase, which DynastyPure may accept or decline. An order is not accepted, and no contract is formed, until DynastyPure confirms shipment.
DynastyPure reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, unauthorized or illegal activity, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, you will receive a full refund.
Prices are subject to change without notice. DynastyPure reserves the right to correct pricing errors even after an order has been submitted or confirmed, and will notify you before charging a corrected price.
Payment is due in full at the time of order. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that all billing information supplied is accurate and current.
Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without first contacting DynastyPure support may result in suspension of your account and refusal of future orders.

Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon DynastyPure's delivery of the order to the shipping carrier. You are solely responsible for ensuring that receipt of the product(s) at the delivery address is lawful under applicable local, state, and federal law.
Returns, replacements, and refund eligibility are governed by the Returns & Replacements policy on this page, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DynastyPure and its officers, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, research results, profits, or use, arising from your use of the Site or any product purchased through it, even if DynastyPure has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
DynastyPure's total aggregate liability arising from or relating to these Terms or any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DynastyPure and its officers, employees, and suppliers from any claim, liability, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your use or misuse of any product purchased through the Site, including any use outside of legitimate laboratory research; or (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and the DynastyPure name and crest mark, is the property of DynastyPure or its licensors and may not be used without prior written permission.
The Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, DynastyPure disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. DynastyPure does not warrant that any product is safe or appropriate for any use other than the laboratory research use described in Section 2.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
DynastyPure may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the Site. Continued use of the Site after a revised version is posted constitutes acceptance of the changes.
