Straight answers on purity, shipping, verification, and how we operate.
It means independent HPLC testing confirms that 99% or more of the sample by mass is the intended compound, with the remainder being trace synthesis byproducts or residual solvents. Purity and identity are two different things; we test and publish both. See Verify a Batch for the actual lab data behind any product you're considering.
Batches are tested by independent, accredited third-party laboratories — not by us. As results come in, they're published as a Certificate of Analysis tied to the specific lot number. Check Verify a Batch to see what's currently on file for a given lot.
Purity tells you how much of the sample is the target compound. Identity (confirmed via mass spectrometry) tells you that the compound actually is what the label says it is. A product can be pure while still being the wrong molecule — that's why we test and publish both.
Lyophilized product should be stored at -20°C, protected from light, until use. See the product's Certificate of Analysis and specification sheet for details specific to that compound.

A COA is a lab report documenting the tested purity, identity, and other quality parameters of a specific manufactured batch. Ours are generated by an independent accredited lab, not by us, and are tied to the exact lot number printed on your product.
Enter the lot number from your product label on our Verify a Batch page. Each COA is also linked directly from the corresponding product page.
